Shipping policy
Every Highly Inappropriate item is printed to order by our print partners. Here's what to expect once you place an order.
Processing time
Your order is printed and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days. During busy periods (like November and December) this can take a little longer.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3 to 8 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 10 to 20 business days
- United Kingdom and Europe: 6 to 20 business days
- Everywhere else: 10 to 30 business days
These are estimates from our print and courier partners, not guarantees. Delays caused by couriers, customs or weather are outside our control, but we'll always help chase down a late order.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.
Orders with more than one item
Different items may be printed at different facilities, so a multi-item order can arrive in separate packages. You won't be charged extra for this.
Tracking
We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Customs and import charges
Orders shipped across borders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. Where these aren't collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or late orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away. We can fix it if the order hasn't gone to print yet. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
